Who We Are
Terra Donnelly - Certified Massage Therapist - Graduate of The Virginia School of Technology in Virginia Beach, Virginia with a certificate in Massage Therapy and Bodywork. She has additional education in massage and bodywork from The Institute of Somatic Therapy. Terra has been practicing massage for 8 years, and specializes in a type of integrative massage which involves a blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Reflexology. She also has experience in Sports Massage, and Pregnancy Massage. She has over three years experience working in the chiropractic setting with the partnership of doctors to treat various injuries including automobile injuries (Personal Injury), workman’s compensation, sports injuries, and many other acute and chronic conditions using various techniques such as massage, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Muscle Release Technique, Neuromuscular Re-education, Therapy Exercises, and client education.
